What makes link rehab different from other providers?

At Link Rehab, we're changing the face of rehab support. Our team are committed to providing the highest quality of rehabilitation assistance at a time, place and frequency that suits you.

All of our Rehab Facilitators are highly experienced and are able to provide support to clients both face to face and remotely, as required.

All Link Rehab clients are able to access remote rehab support via telephone, WhatsApp, email and video call during regular office hours.

Is there a minimum number of hours for MDT Rehab Support?

At Link Rehab, we understand that not all clients require a high number of support hours per week. That's why we only require a minimum commitment of five hours per week, which could include all face to face hours, or a combination of face to face and remote support.

What types of MDT Rehab Support do you offer?

Link Rehab Facilitators can provide a number of services including:

- Implementation of therapy programmes prescribed by your therapist, such as exercise, meal preparation and fatigue management.

- Scheduling and diary management

- Remote support on a scheduled or ad hoc basis, with tasks such as organising appointments, completing forms and sourcing tradespeople.

- MDT assistance such as arranging meetings and preparing for therapy sessions.

- Case Management support such as assisting property searches and research tasks.

What qualifications do Link Rehab therapists have?

Link Rehab Facilitators all have at least an NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent experience working in rehabilitation. Many of our team are working towards advanced qualifications in rehabilitation or healthcare, alongside their current roles.

How much does it cost?

Although our service offers more flexibility than other agencies, we remain competitive with specialist Rehab Assistant providers.

In addition to providing the highest quality rehabilitation support, our Rehab Facilitators provide support to Case Managers and Therapists in your team. This allows the professionals in your team to focus on those tasks which require highly specialist skills, meaning a much more cost effective approach overall.

can your assistants support wtith personal care?

No. Rehab Facilitators cannot provide support with personal care, toileting or feeding.
